This page is important for show our rules here, especially when an audition is open.
Rule 1: CLOSE CIRCLE.
Auditions are made for join, when there aren't any audition no one can join, NO EXCEPTION.
Rule 2: How hierarchy works here.
Here the hierarchy is very important, is true, for who said that we are the "italian morning musume" you're right, we follow all their rules, so: in the group there's a Leader (Founder member) a sub-leader (the oldest member of the oldest generation) and the members. Being a close circle, cuz we open auditions every month - 2 months or something like this, and for this (for show who is the oldest) we created generations (like momusu did). The word "Pichies" come from Peach + Ichi (means one)= Pichies, Nichies come from Peach + 2 and so on... doesn't matter if the youngest member of the generation did the audition before, it count from the official announcement. So the most important thing is the generation, the second most important is the "ancianity" so it could be possible (like now) that the leader could be younger than their members (but if (s)he is the leader surely is the oldest member in the group).
3. Difference between graduated / fired / gone: graduated members are members that left friendly and are in touch with some members. In the future they can re-do auditions and join. Members "gone" are members that left in a neutral way, suddenly, breaking the bridge with her / him and the circle, but without fight, without any contact with the circle... This type of member could re-join by auditions but in this case only leader and sub-leader would take a decision together. Fired members (or graduated / gone members that after their graduation behave in a badly way) are members that behave so bad with us that can't re-join cuz they were sent away. In their case no one say to members to don't speak with them in a private way but they can't re-join. NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. How a graduation works: a member announce her departure saying the date, when leader and sub-leader know about it and allow it the member should post in the blog for announce his / her graduation. When a member announce the graduation and the date) the member has 30 days for doing the "graduation meet". If a member miss the graduation day doesn't matter, and if a member live too far the member can make a video for express their feelings etc. Until the date of the graduation the member will be a normal member, without problems and goes on to "work" under Peach name.
5. How a member be suspended: if a member behave badly or something like this the member will be suspended, so for a tot of time the member don't join in Peach's activity but the time of suspenction (a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 1 month) is decided by leader and sub-leader. Be suspended is not easy, after 2 suspenction the member is fired. If a member doesn't accept a suspenction and decide to leave the member will become automatically a "gone member", in the worst case a fired member. The decision about suspenction is not revocable. Suspenction is a "forgivement in extremis" in case of bad fights or bad situations in general.
6. Special auditions: there were been seldom cases of members joined in the circle not in the auditions (after the auditions were closed) and until now only ONE girl joined. In these months I noticed that the majority of the cases of members that ask to join in the group (without care about auditions) doing this with only one goal: popularity. In Eri's cases we founders members decided to pick up her and we still aren't disappointed about this choice (althought she graduated in october). Seeing that the majority of the girls who asked in this way are the people who before spoke badly about us (especially girls that asked to join last summer) we decided to not do "special auditions" anymore, in only one case we accepted a member and we won't do anymore. No exceptions.
